Our Product

Pasteurized Budu “Heng” (Premium Fish Sauce)

Authentic from Saiburi, Pattani, Thailand

“Budu” is a fish fermented product and
a traditional food of the southern people from Thailand especially
in Pattani, Yala, Narathiwas and
it is considered as a local wisdom
that has been around since the original.

The famous and original Budu Sauce
is mainly from “Saiburi” Pattani, Thailand. Budu is similar to fish sauce,
but the liquid is thicker than fish sauce because it contains part of the fish meat.
It will be used to make
“Budu Condensed Sauce”.

Raw materials for the production will use ‘Sea Fish’ such as Anchovies mixed with
salt in the proper ratio.
It takes about 8-12 months
to ferment decent amount of time
to get a quality Budu Sauce.

It is also seasoned with other ingredients
and it will make Budu Sauce (Fish Sauce) taste delicious, fragrant, and mellow.
